Prayer to St. George the Patron Saint of Animals
We have a great responsibility towards animals, whether they are domesticated or wild, we are people who must care for the lives of animals as we do ourselves, by the simple act of caring for them, animals will always show their gratitude.

Dear Blessed George, I ask you for the beloved animals, that with your power you envelop all animals with your energy of infinite love. Please help them to heal and remove from their bodies whatever causes them discomfort or pain. St Francis of Assisi also watched over animals (see article: Prayer to St Francis of Assisi for Lost Animals).
I ask with this prayer to St. George, who was blessed with the good people of feelings like the angels on earth, to grant him to recover the health with the ideal treatment for the animals that need it. I also ask that those of us who love him give him the strength to help him.
All this is positive for all the animals that need help, St. Francis of Assisi, your prayer also helps the animals, the stray animals that are homeless and need absolute protection, protect them from all the evils that plague them, from all the diseases that they present, help them to overcome obstacles (see article: Prayer to St. Francis of Assisi for street animals).
I ask You with all my faith, what only You, Blessed Saint George, know how to do, so that they may soon find healing, salvation and well-being, thank You from the hands of Our Lord, that they may be wrapped in Your mantle of protection, so that they may not feel that they are drifting away from evil. O Blessed St George, I entrust to you all my faith, will and hope, that you may be the one to cover my pet (name of pet) with your love and protection, filling it with strength, health, life, tranquillity, removing all pain, agony and suffering.
I pray to you, St George, to heal his (name of illness or disease) so that he can overcome it, to radiate relief in his body, as you faced the dragon, help my pet to face this illness with victory.

Listen to my prayer to you, I ask you, Blessed George, I come to ask you for this poor little animal that is lost, without its home, without its owner, without food, without the warmth of its home, without any asylum where it can remain in welfare.

I pray and protect him, enlighten him, give him strength to resist and not to be impatient until his owner finds him, develop his sense of smell so that he can be guided home, St. George blessed, protect him with your love and armour so that nothing will happen to him on the way.

May he not become aggressive because of fear and the feeling of abandonment, give him understanding, give him your merciful company, blessed Saint George, may he have enough hands to offer him love, food, respect, games, medical treatment, loyalty, until the moment he can go home, Amen.
