My most holy Mother, Mary Most Holy of Mount Carmel, to whom should I turn, in this extreme distress in which I find myself, if not to You, who are the health of the sick, the consolation of the afflicted and the refuge of the helpless? Although in all the prayers dedicated to Our Lady of Mount Carmel the health of the sick is praised, this is the one specifically dedicated to her, since no other favour is implored that is not related to the health or sickness of a person, nor is a prayer implored for all the sick of the world that she may relieve them from the pains or decadence they are suffering.

Prayer to Our Lady of Mount Carmel Scapular Prayer
